Every recommendation is tracked week to week — so you can see whether what you acted on actually moved the needle. Up to three per report, prioritised by impact, grounded in your data. Recommendations are also calibrated to your traffic level — a site with 50 visitors a week gets different advice than one with 5,000. As your traffic grows, so does the depth of the recommendations. WebSignalytics grows with you. If you’re just getting started and traffic is still building, WebSignalytics can determine that and adjusts its advice accordingly — no false confidence, no recommendations that assume data you don’t have yet.

Yes — WebSignalytics reads your existing Google Analytics (GA4) data to generate your reports. If GA4 isn't on your site yet, you'll need to install it first. Google's free setup guide takes about 15 minutes, and we link to it directly during onboarding. Once GA4 is installed and running, connecting it to WebSignalytics takes about two minutes — and that's the part we walk you through.

AI search engines — including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and others — are increasingly answering questions directly, often without sending the user to a website at all. If your site is cited in those answers, you get visibility without a click. If it isn’t, you’re invisible to a growing share of how people search.

Each week, WebSignalytics sends topic-relevant queries to major AI search engines and checks whether your site appears in the responses. Traditional analytics can’t see this traffic — when AI answers a question and cites your site, no click is recorded in GA4. Currently we probe Perplexity and Brave Search. ChatGPT is in development — we’re working toward a stable integration. Google Gemini is also in development. Microsoft Copilot is deferred while their developer API remains impractical. Claude (Anthropic) doesn’t offer a web search API, so citation tracking isn’t currently possible — we’re monitoring for a path forward.

The price you subscribe at is the price you pay for as long as you stay subscribed — even as we raise prices for new customers. This is a permanent commitment, not a promotional offer. Whatever you pay on day one, you’ll still pay five years from now, in whatever currency you signed up in. If you cancel and come back within 12 months, your locked price is restored automatically. If you’re away for more than 12 months, current pricing applies when you return.

One important note: your pricing tier is locked at the time you subscribe, not when you start your free trial. Tiers fill in order — if a tier fills while you’re in your trial, subscribing after that point means the next tier applies. Starting a trial doesn’t hold your spot.

At day 12, we automatically send you a reminder email — a heads-up that your trial ends in two days, with a direct link to subscribe. One thing worth doing: check your junk folder after signup and mark us as a trusted sender so that reminder doesn’t get buried. At day 14 your trial ends and reports pause until you subscribe. A credit card is required to continue. The 14 days of report history collected during your trial is saved and available when you subscribe.

One thing to be aware of: your pricing tier is determined at the time you subscribe, not when your trial starts. Pricing tiers fill in order — if a tier fills while you’re in your trial, subscribing after that point means the next tier applies. Starting a trial doesn’t hold your spot.

Your site history is preserved for the weeks you were an active paying subscriber — and restored automatically when you reactivate. Weeks during which your account was inactive are not backfilled. If you cancel and return within 12 months, your locked price is also restored automatically.
